Portal terms
These working terms describe how the HOA Partnership Hub prototype is intended to be used. A signed service agreement controls each client engagement.
Purpose
The hub supports business sales, management-company referrals, individual HOA onboarding, communication planning, message requests, approvals, and service coordination.
Supplementary communication
The resident text-update service is an optional supplement. It does not replace legally required notices, governing-document requirements, elections, assessments, hearings, emergency alerts, official records, postal mail, portals, or board governance.
Authorized information
Users must be authorized to submit business contacts, association information, brand assets, approvals, and documents. Property ownership, a directory entry, an email list, or a QR-code scan does not by itself establish permission for resident text messages.
Approvals and sending
A request or approval recorded in this portal does not itself send a message. Actual messaging follows the separate association-owned system, consent process, authorized approval workflow, and signed service scope.
No guaranteed outcome
The hub does not promise universal reach, response, participation, delivery, savings, compliance, or a specific business result.
