Privacy notice
This working notice describes the current HOA Partnership Hub prototype. It should be reviewed before a broader public launch.
Information used by the hub
The private workspace may store authenticated account information, public professional contact details, management-company referrals, individual HOA onboarding information, tasks, notes, approvals, and operational records supplied by authorized users.
Resident information
This version is not designed to collect or store resident phone numbers or resident directories. Actual resident enrollment and messaging remain in the separately approved communication system owned by the individual association.
How information is used
Information is used to research professional prospects, manage outreach, coordinate referrals, prepare proposals, onboard individual associations, record approvals, and provide contracted support.
Sharing and access
Management partners see only their own referral information. HOA users see only their own association's information. Automate with Jake uses limited access needed to provide the agreed services and does not sell portal information.
